One thing I love the most about NYC is the different experiences you get just by getting off at a different subway stop.
From East Village, to the Upper West Side, from Harlem to Bed-Stuy, each neighborhood in the city truly has its own personality, which makes exploring that much more amazing- you truly never know what exciting/thrilling/amazing/frightening things you’ll get yourself into!
I’m a Brooklyn girl, but when I venture uptown like I did for a Saturday brunch with blogger babes Stephanie and Jaclyn, I like to channel a little bit of uptown chic, without losing my Brooklyn cool.
I love a minimal look like this oxblood leather jacket, paired with on-trend flares (my absolute faves), low- maintenance mules and an eye-catching accessory like these mirrored sunglasses from Quay.
Whether taking things uptown, downtown, or somewhere in between, this look has become on of my fall go-to’s in the city that never sleeps.
Flare Jeans (Loving these)
Jacket – Zara (It’s amazing I know, but Refinery29 posted an article listing it as a fall-must have and now it’s sold out in EVERY size! I’ll be on the lookout for dupes)
