As the holiday season approaches I decided it was time to put my kitchen skills to the test. In my family, pecan pie has always been a staple after Christmas desert. My friend Caitlin’s mom introduced me to this new Derby Pie recipe so I got down to work to see if I could create a new recipe to introduce to my family this holiday season.
