Sometimes, you just have to get cozy.
Interning at two stylish workplaces this semester (part time at rewardStyle part time at The Dallas Morning News) the pressure to bring my fashion A-Game up was at a whole new level. I spend half of the week rockin’ my new favorite knee high boots and other half of the week trying my best to avoid slipping on my fly knits and kicking on a heel before heading out the door.
While I love a stiletto, and skinny cigarette jeans will NEVER go out of style in my book, I can’t let a day go by without praising the inventor of the maxi. (Think maxi skirts, and oversized sweaters- not so much the maxi pad, although hey, we’re thankful for that too)
I love throwing on my favorite oversized knit and this amazingly soft midi-skirt for ultimate comfort. Top it off an oversized hat with some embellished booties and my 15 hour day doesn’t seem so long after all.
