Fall has officially arrived in Los Angeles! Our average temperatures of 70’s and 80’s have been thrown for a loop this week. With gloomy skies and brisk air it is a perfect excuse to put my jackets and scarves to good use. Today I took one of my staple black Forever 21 dresses and added some winter layers. Over my black dress I dawned a black wax motorcycle inspired jacket from H&M. This jacket has ribbed shoulder details that give a unique twist on your typical moto jacket. My accessories include an army green Urban Outfitter scarf, H&M black leather booties, and a forever 21 shoulder purse with gold hardware. By adding layers and accessories it is easy to create a cozy laid back look that can accommodate the cooler weather.
As the holidays quickly approach so do the numerous holiday parties. This look is an easy and classic party look that is great for a cocktail hour or dinner party. This weekend I wore a LBD from Katelyn Clothing. The dress has lace details on the bust and shoulders. To add some holiday sparkle I wore a silver sunburst statement necklace from Macy’s. A simple nude pointed toe heel from Forever 21 pulled the outfit together to create a classy and chic way to celebrate this Christmas season.
