During my four years at SMU, I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve been to Snider Plaza. Between Zoe’s Kitchen for pita and hummus, Bandito’s for reverse happy hour, and Penne Pomodoro for brunch on the weekends, I would probably be seriously embarrassed if I calculated the hours I’ve frequented and number of margs and mimosas my girls and I have consumed in the plaza.
Though Snider Plaza has been a staple in Highland Park and amongst the SMU crowd for many years, the shopping options have always left me wishing for more.
Until I stumbled upon the new boutique, Shop September.
The cute, trendy shop, Shop September is stocked with up-and-coming designers like Grethel and Dareen Hakim as well as plenty of fast fashion favorites. The store has just about everything a girl on the edge of fashion could hope for.
Shop September is sure to be my go-to shopping destination just a few minutes away from campus. And though the store’s endless amazing finds can cause you to do some major damage to your wallet, the only regret you’ll have is that you didn’t find this gem sooner.
